State & Allen Lounge in Uptown will host a special Four Corners beer dinner, featuring five courses and five beers for $40.

Here are all five courses:

  1. Mussels cooked in El Chingon IPA served with House made bacon and gorgonzola croutons + El Chingon IPA
  2. Duck and Parsnip purée crepes + Red Roja American Red Ale
  3. Curry Fried Chicken and Fennel Chutney + La Bajada Brown Ale
  4. Block Party Braised Short Ribs served with Whipped Sweet Potatoes + Block Party Porter
  5. Lavender Crème brûlée + Local Buzz Honey-Rye Golden Ale
