It started with a Kickstarter.
And that was followed by a long road of setbacks, but at long last, Dallas has a cidery.
Though they’re only open limited hours at the moment and have just begun to brew their own creations (to be served 4-5 weeks from now), you can try any of 47 ciders at their location in cider-y preparation. I think that’s plenty to justify an early visit.
And yes, I know it’s not beer, but cider deserves a spot within the craft beer movement in Dallas. I’m glad Bishop Cider Co. is making that happen.
