Dead Cowboy Brewing seeks $38,000 to bring craft brewery to Royse City

Dead Cowboy Brewing Company wants to launch a brewery on Main Street in Royse City, and they’re using Kickstarter to fund the remodel of an old bank building into their new site.

To receive any funds, they’ll have to raise $38,000 by June 26. At present, with 28 days to go, they’ve raised just $6,520.

If you’re wondering how their beers are, they recently won the People’s Choice award at BrewRiot 2013. I got a chance to try their beers, and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed.

For more information about Dead Cowboy’s goal, check out their Kickstarter and the rewards they have up for grabs, including VIP packages allowing you to brew your own beer at their brewery and help design a “limited edition special release ale.”
