I’m sorry. That was stretching it. I’m better than that. You’re better than that…but the cabin fever of this cold weather might be getting to me.
Luckily, Deep Ellum Brewing is giving us all a reason to venture outdoors tomorrow beyond the fact that the temps might get above freezing for a bit, a new beer.

Deep Ellum Pale Ale, a 6 percent ABV pale ale brewed with oats, will be served at the tour — and nowhere else for now.
If I was guessing, I’d say this is part of brewers Jeremy Hunt and David Hauptman’s initiative to do more small, pilot batches as Hunt discussed in the Jack FM on Tap Deep Ellum brewery of the month video with Dallas Brew Scene.
