After providing the Dallas-Forth Worth community with one year of local beer enjoyment, Revolver Brewing is unleashing a special limited-release beer to commemorate the first year.
From City of Ate:
To celebrate the brewery’s first anniversary, they have unveiled a limited-release beer called Mullet Cutter, an English style double IPA weighing in at a hefty 9 percent ABV.
Rhett says the beer is brewed with “a ridiculous amount of Weyermann Abbey malt for a slight honey sweetness.” They finished the beer with three kettle hops — summit, East Kent Goldings and Brmbling Cross — and then dry hopped it with Citra (80 IBU’s).
Yup. I’m going to get me some of that. Word on the street is that it’ll be available at World of Beer, Flying Saucer in Fort Worth, Revolver’s weekend tour, or at Brewvolution.
